Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum)
Kelp is rich in iron, ready available calcium, magnesium, with some zinc and selenium, but low in copper. It contains bio available iodine and twenty or more other trace elements which are often lacking in our food due to modern methods of agriculture.
Directions for use
Please contact me if you prefer to take Kelp powder in form of capsules. I will make the capsules by filling the powder into vegetable capsules.
