What happens at the first consultation?

At the first consultation with Luzia she will take your case history.
You will be asked questions relating to the body systems and how they are functioning.
She will need to know what medication and supplements you are taking and how your health has been in the past.
Since diet and lifestyle are most important in view of your health, these will be addressed as well.

What is the aim?

The aim is to find the root cause of the symptoms you might be suffering and to address these by using natural remedies and lifestyle changes.

Is a herbal consultation right for me?

If you are uncertain whether herbal treatment is right for you, you can arrange a FREE 15 minute assessment and then decide about a proper appointment.
