DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

Postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically by the website based on weight and quantity of items. Wherever possible all items in an order will be combined into one delivery.

Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail. Orders will be posted within two working days of an order, though this is not guaranteed for orders placed over bank holiday periods. At busy times, such as Christmas or during COVID there may be delays once dispatched, so we ask that you order early and thank you for your patience.

In the event that you do not receive your delivery, please allow a week for delays before contacting us via email or a contact form. Please include your order details and notify us within 21 days of placing the order, whereupon we will try to help track the parcel down. If this is not successful we will attempt a re-delivery. Claims received after this time cannot be fulfilled.

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for a full refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs.

Luzia Barclay makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact us to arrange a replacement, in line with you statutory rights.

Products:
The products supplied are natural products subject to a degree of variability. Liquid products may develop sediment after standing which is quite natural and should be mixed back in by shaking before each use. Store in a cool dark place. Dry products, teas, powders and the like should be stored in cool dark air tight containers.

Out of Stock:
At the discretion of the Company products which are out of stock at the time of order will be placed on Back Order and supplied at a later date, otherwise the cost of the missing item(s) will be refunded in full.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. Back ordered products include items that are not currently in stock. Should this occur, we would e-mail or telephone you with the anticipated dispatch date. If for any reason we determine that a back ordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately, cancel the item from your order, and refund you in full, or you may choose an alternative product of the same value.

Payments can be made securely online via credit or debit card. At this time, we can only process payments within the UK. For secure UK credit card payments, we have linked up with Nochex, which is an online payment system that enables individuals to send money for FREE using their UK debit/credit card. All sensitive financial information is stored securely on Nochex servers. Nothing is held on the herbsforhealing website.
